Could the Indian Judiciary Ponder A justifiable penalty?

Being in the techno-legal field I have complete faith in the Indian Judiciary system. The faith though is challenged at contraflexures where the justice depends upon the political, social and religious pressures.

At times, just hate the prevailing system that proclaims the innocent as sinner while the criminals flee away from the limits of the nation and yet control the day-to-day working of our country.
The jail sentence cannot modify the virtue of the criminal, unless someone as magnetic and enterprising as Dr.Kiran.Bedi decides to uproot the negative thoughts ingressing criminals mind than his body.

The recent examples are the Salman & Sanjay Dutt cases.Yes,I am happy that though justice was delayed,it was not denied. Jusctice was given against inhumanity and terrorism irrespective of their financial, poilitical and social standing.

And,we could still be very proud fans of both these actors. One can appreciate them for their performance and talent-but its only their "reel" image that one falls in love with.Their "real" image is not something that a fan shall be interested in ever. But,one should not be completely ignorant of that as well. After all their deeds have deprived our country of happiness, which we should never forgive them for.

They both have been from film families, both with 6 lettered first names and 5 lettered surnames and middle names as well.Their personal lives have been flashed more in limelight than anything else, the credit goes to their gimmicks off-screen.They have both struggled to carve a niche for themselves in the past 20 years.I have grown up watching their movies and with me has grown their arrogance, ignorance, recklessness & adamance.

It took 9 years for the court to sentence 5 years imprisonment to Salman!
Strange, but are we achieveing anything from it?

Is there any assurance that he would not continue his outrageous and inhuman acts?
Can anyone be completely assertive that he would not be released through his contacts before the tenure ends?

Same goes for Sanju too.

Sentencing them to imprisonment might isolate them from the world encouraging the devil in them to take over the inch of goodness left within them. They shall never value that isolation shall bring them time to penance and hence repentence. But,lets admit they are not amongst those people who repent.Time and time again, they have violated laws and graciously been excused as well.

A thought flashes a logical mind:Priya Dutt or Alvira Khan-Agnihotri visit the piligrims and their brothers are freed once again to commit crimes and continue addressing themselves as innocent, then why does the same god in "darga" at Mumbai fail to accept commoners prayers to cure an ailing brother of his illness completely?

Is it because middle class sisters don't weep for the media wearing make-up & glares? How many of us even have the urge to dress up when a member of our house is ill or hospitalized?
Anyway,thats a different issue altogether!

Instead of this would it not be appropriate to ask them to serve the humanity considering that they have so much of wealth?

How about asking Salman to work for the animal welfare and force him to invest his time and wealth for saving the species close to extinction?

Salman and Sanjay need to be forced to toil for the correction of their deeds.
Punishment for jail residence will make them cynical considering their age, mental moulding through meditation or treatment would be difficult to be accepted by their rigid souls.

Most of the blogs of flowering cactus have been monologues and had very little scope to answer the comments by my fans, but would request this time to comment. This is something that our country faces and we,the so called gen-next need to unite and fight against the type-casts.This is public interest!
